2. Platform Services & Role
Encrew operates as a digital technology platform facilitating discovery and coordination between hospitality businesses (employers/venues) and independent professionals (event staff, waitstaff, culinary crew). Encrew acts as an intermediary facilitating shift matching and communication.
3. Account Registration & Accuracy
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Business & Worker Conduct
- For Businesses: Venues must provide accurate shift descriptions, fair working conditions, clear site directions, and prompt confirmation upon shift completion.
- For Workers: Professionals must uphold professional conduct, arrive punctually at assigned venues, and perform services in accordance with hospitality industry standards.
- Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or unsafe conduct is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination of platform access.
5. Shift Bookings & Settlements
Shift rates, service windows, and fee structures are presented transparently before booking confirmation. Businesses agree to settle verified shift fees in accordance with the billing terms presented on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, visual assets, software, and website content on Encrew are the property of Encrew and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Encrew provides its platform "as is" and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of independent contractors or platform downtime.
8. Modifications & Governing Law
Encrew reserves the right to revise these terms as necessary. Continued use of the platform following updates represents acceptance of modified terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
